Jo has created a collection of original pictures and cards inspired by her love of colour, nature and the English countryside with its changing seasons. All are made with care and skill by Jo building up layers of stitch on a painted cotton or silk background with freehand and machine embroidery to create textured joyful designs.

Embroidered pictures
This collection of detailed embroideries is a mixture of my favourite flowers, with birds and sheep in the English landscape. Pictures are available in mounts ready to frame in a range of sizes and prices. Delivery of cards and small pictures is within 7 days. Please allow up to 14 days for larger pictures. There may be variations in the design because of the freehand method of working. Each picture is handmade by Jo, signed and dated with the year. I have designed a range of cards and bookmarks which include images of flowers, landscapes, animals birds They are finely detailed embroideries and make special gifts as well as cards These are works of art and perfect for framing. All cards come with envelopes and cellophane wrap. Bookmarks cellophane wrapped.

About Jo
Textiles is my passion, I enjoy working with threads, and freehand machine embroidery has become my favourite form of creative expression. My designs are a mix of embroidery, painting and sometimes applique. I sell my work at Covent Garden Arts and Crafts Market in the Jubilee Hall on Saturdays but not every week.
